We are looking for a Talent Coach (Digital & IT Apprenticeships) to join our team
To provide outstanding support and subject expertise to our Digital and IT apprentices. You will inspire them to succeed and achieve excellent learning and assessment outcomes. You’ll continuously build your own knowledge and capabilities whilst helping us to improve how we deliver apprenticeships to our customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a IT Specialist who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

We’re looking for someone who can bring enthusiasm and technical abilities to the role who also has the organisational skills to manage and guide a cohort of learners to timely success. The following capabilities are desirable for this role:
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. Assessors award, sector specific qualifications)
Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, listens carefully and be able to influence and persuade others.
The ability to effectively manage a busy workload with conflicting priorities.
A focus on quality, learner journey and student outcomes.
Passion and enthusiasm.
Team player and able to work collaboratively.
Strong written and verbal skills.
The ability to communicate and present with confidence, clarity and purpose.
Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
The ability to build strong relationships and trust.
Knowledge of regulatory bodies such as ESFA, Ofsted and IFATE
Knowledge of online platforms and packages (e.g. Onefile portfolio, G-Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
