We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our team.


As an HR Advisor, you will support and empower our teams to act with integrity and drive success through:


  • Acting as the first point of contact for specific teams for advice and guidance on people-related and employee relation matters

  • Contributing to the provision of high quality policies, management guidance and training

  • Communicating and raising awareness of our employee benefits

  • Supporting with our cyclical processes such as appraisals

  • Collaboratively working with your HR colleagues towards team goals

What you’ll bring to the role


You’ll have previous HR experience and be looking to develop into, or specialise in, an ER focussed role. Understanding or experience of basic employee relations would be preferable.


Specific skills and experience will include:


  • Strong listening and communication (verbal/written) skills

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, and work effectively at all levels of the organisation

  • Ability to take on new information and quickly establish credibility

  • Sound judgement

  • Work proactively to manage multiple responsibilities and competing priorities effectively

  • Organised and self-sufficient with strong attention to detail
