We are looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Apprentice to join our team
We create success for our learners, candidates, clients and colleagues by providing an outstanding IT service that delivers high quality, innovative and efficient technology support Kaplan's business goals.

This role will suit a customer focused and service driven individual, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate with staff at all levels

Problem solving skills
An understanding of customer care techniques and processes
Ability to demonstrate a keen sense of customer awareness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy periods
Flexibility to work in a shift pattern
Flexibility to work extended hours
GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent)
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent)
