We are looking for an SQE Equality and Quality Supervisor to join our SQE team on a fixed-term contract.


The SQE Equality Team is responsible for reasonable adjustment requests and reasonable adjustment plans for candidates sitting the SQE. You will play a key lead role in working with SQE candidates who have requested a reasonable adjustment plan.

What you’ll bring to the role


This is a role that will suit a candidate who has strong administrative experience and is looking to apply their skills and develop their experience in a high stakes global professional licensing assessment:


Essential:

  • Experience of making decisions about the content and implementation of reasonable adjustments plans in a challenging professional assessment and/or HE environment

  • Experience of advising about reasonable adjustments and assistive technologies to support candidates in assessments

  • Experience in EDI issues and the Equality Act within a professional assessment and/or HE environment

  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal, including the ability to draft clear, succinct and relevant correspondence and reports

  • Experience of working closely with stakeholder teams to implement and operationalise reasonable adjustment plans

  • Strong administrative skills including organisational, time and document management skills and attention to detail

  • Experience of working with and meeting key performance indicator targets

  • Strong IT skills, particularly G-Suite

  • The ability to work in a team to achieve targets and goals

  • The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and efficiently
