We are looking for a Scheduling and Capacity Administrator to join our team.
Role summary
As the Scheduling and Capacity Administrator, you'll be key to ensuring our team has the right administrative and operations support. You'll focus on supplier liaison and logistics, set up of purchase order requirements from Vendor creation to supplying purchase orders, assessment venue set up and catering arrangements, staff arrangements and general administrative duties such as mailbox support. You'll also play an important part in supporting the smooth operation of our assessment delivery.

What you’ll bring to the role
As a Scheduling & Capacity Administrator, you will be key to our operational efficiency, providing critical support that enables our team to deliver seamlessly. We are looking for an individual with strong organisational skills, an eye for detail, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.
Proficiency in Digital Tools: Demonstrable proficiency with core digital productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace) and the ability to quickly learn new software and platforms.
Curiosity and Adaptability: A genuine curiosity for and willingness to explore new technologies, particularly in the areas of AI and automation.
Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and solving administrative problems.

In 2018, we were appointed as the independent assessment organisation for the new Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE), which we then launched in 2021. This exam is now the sole route to qualifying as a Solicitor of England and Wales and will ultimately be taken by upwards of 13,000 candidates per year.
