We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.
Role Summary
The Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting revenue growth by supporting new and existing clients with delivering a high-quality apprenticeship recruitment service. The role focuses on engaging and supporting candidates throughout the apprenticeship journey, from initial application through to placement, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience. You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs, coordinate recruitment activity, and ensure all processes are delivered within agreed service levels.

What you’ll bring to the role
Ideal candidates would be target driven and focused, with an ability to build and nurture relationships and approach a demanding role with positivity and a solution conscious outlook.
Experience in working within recruitment or careers advice
Ability to influence decisions and negotiate
Ability to prioritise effectively and with strong interpersonal skills
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
Comfortable networking at events and making the first approach
