We are looking for a PWC Client Services Officer to join our team.


As the voice of Kaplan, you will be part of a team who build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support and guidance throughout their students’ journeys.


As the Service Operations Advisor (Employer), you will:


  • Deliver service excellence by facilitating a seamless enrolment journey for all learners and clients in line with KPI’s

  • Support with activities such as sending of joining instructions, enrolments, CBE bookings and resolution of client queries

  • Be proactive and timely in obtaining client data to ensure enrolments/bookings are processed in line with requirements

  • Make management aware of training suggestions to ensure high levels of delivery are maintained

  • Identify where there is a need to review systems and processes and provide straightforward solutions

  • Anticipate and adapt to changing frameworks and environments and ensure clients have access to the same information and provided with the most pertinent guidance.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Service Operations Advisor or a Student Experience officer who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.
