We are looking for a Product & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.


Role summary


We are seeking a Product & Digital Marketing Manager to be the marketing lead for Kaplan Assessments and its associated brands. This is a full-stack, commercially driven role, responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive both B2C and B2B (institutes and organisations) growth. You will balance high-level strategic and campaign planning, and events, whilst also hands-on managing core digital channels. Specifically, you will own and lead the content and social media strategy and execution to ensure Kaplan's value is effectively communicated to students, agents, university partners, and businesses.

 

As the Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute global product marketing strategies that align with business goals, respond to market dynamics and changing business priorities.

  • Take a lead in developing and executing marketing content and key communication channels.

  • Direct digital marketing and social media activities, including campaigns, content development and updates to the relevant websites.

  • Plan and coordinate Kaplan Assessments’ presence at key industry events

  • Develop and optimise relationships with external marketing agencies and internal marketing teams.

What you’ll bring to the role


As a well rounded and adaptable marketer, you will leverage your extensive hands-on experience across social channels and content creation to quickly grasp our business priorities and develop impactful marketing plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.

You’re effective at working on multiple projects and to deadlines and are able to prioritise capacity and workloads to efficiently deliver campaigns and activity to drive marketing performance as an individual and through others.

  • Proven B2B and B2C marketing management experience (education, assessment, or international student recruitment ideal).

  • Strong digital marketing experience in social and paid media (Google Ads)

  • Experience creating marketing content across multiple formats (email, video, web, social, print).

  • Ability to independently manage and execute marketing projects from initial strategy to final analysis and optimisation.

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.

  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and create compelling messaging for diverse audiences

  • Ability to use Generative AI tools confidently as part of daily marketing work.

  • Previous experience using social media platforms, competitor / data analysis tools, content management systems and Google Analytics.

  • Hands on approach and self-motivated

  • Positive can do attitude
