We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team.


The purpose of this role is to help deliver outstanding assessments by contributing to the delivery of the SQE Assessments. As the Operations Coordinator, you will have allocated certain responsibilities from the following:


  • Payroll and purchase orders

  • HR responsibilities

  • Assessment preparation

  • Assessment days

  • Continuous improvement

What you’ll bring to the role


You’ll be a superb organiser and confident in dealing with other people.


We’ll also need you to have:


  • Experience in business administration

  • Strong organisational and planning skills

  • Confidence in communicating with others, both in writing and verbally

  • Ability to work to a high level of accuracy. Attention to detail is essential

  • A proactive approach

  • The ability to work under pressure

  • A good working knowledge of excel (or Google Sheets)

  • Knowledge of working with the Google Suite is desirable but not essential

  • Experience of purchase orders


*Note: this role is a hybrid position with approximately 40% of your time based in our office and 60% of your time at your home. You will also be required to travel and spend time away from home during our assessments, which are approximately 4 times per year.

This exam is now the sole route to qualifying as a Solicitor of England and Wales and will ultimately be taken by upwards of 13,000 candidates per year.
