IT Senior Business Analyst
We are looking for a IT Senior Business Analyst to join our team
A passionate results-driven Agile analyst with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who is comfortable leading a small team and facilitating multiple backlogs. Have the ability to run multiple changes and product evaluation initiatives and work with stakeholders to deliver business benefits and change through the full SDLC.

About You
Experience in owning the delivery of multiple projects in a matrix systems environment.
Comfortable in coordinating and facilitating the requirements workshops and negotiating with up to 10 stakeholders.
Skilled at uncovering true business needs, identifying solution options, and presenting proposals delivering business benefits. Confident at presenting ideas and recommendations.
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal translation of technology to business terms.
Target-driven and focused on owning a business solution delivery timeline.
A team player, able to work collaboratively with and through others.
Willing to travel to UK and Asia\South Africa offices if required.
Self-organizing and customer / end-user delivery focused.
An understanding of data governance frameworks and protocols.
An understanding of ITIL processes and standards.
