Sales Executive (Midlands & Wales)
We are looking for a Sales Executive - Midlands & Wales to join our team. This is a part-time role (4 days per week), however we will consider a full-time applicant for this role.
In this role you will manage a defined territory to promote the Kaplan Publishing brand and product range to all colleges, universities, training and apprenticeship providers, and other booksellers in order to grow the business.
This role could be based anywhere in the Midlands or indeed in mid-Wales and the South West/Cotswolds.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Executive who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with a market leading provider of accountancy study materials for both professional qualifications and degree courses.
This is an account management role, but with sales responsibility and part of an incentive scheme.

About You
Communication skills – liaising with customers in both written and oral form
Organisation skills - maintaining records and reporting based on customer meetings and feedback
Customer Focus - understanding the needs of both potential and existing customers
Results Focus - showing desire to meet sales targets and departmental aims
Sales Development and negotiation - identifying and selling to customer needs
Managing workload effectively, showing sound time management and prioritization
Flexibility to work extra time and travel as the role requires
Comfortable with both working on their own (from home office) as well as being part of a team
Natural enthusiasm and self-motivation
A clean driving license
Brand Awareness & Promotion – promotes the company ethos and products effectively
