We are looking for an Apprenticeship Delivery Team Manager Level 7 (A&T) to join our team.

 

You will lead and manage a nationally distributed team of Talent Coaches supporting learners undertaking L7 Higher/Degree level Accountancy and Tax Apprenticeships.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Apprenticeship Manager with detailed knowledge of the delivery of higher/degree professional services Apprenticeship programs who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

About You

 

  • Excellent working knowledge of the sector with at least 2 (recent) years practical experience of successfully delivering (leadership and Management) higher/degree Apprenticeship Standards

  • Good understanding of Education Inspection Framework, and ESFA funding requirements

  • Track record of sector based operational management with responsibility for setting targets and delivering results

  • Experience of remote team management and service provision

  • Track record of developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key Apprenticeship stakeholders including but not limited to; employers, business development/client relationship managers, operational support services and quality colleagues

  • Experience of KPI management and understanding of key financial matters impacting on business performance

  • Analytical, experience - proactive in working with performance data – capable of understanding what the data is telling us (including trend analysis) to underpin timely and effective decision making and intervention

  • Experienced in production of written and statistical business reports incorporating various media platforms
