We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team.
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join the Kaplan Testing Services team. This role is central to ensuring the success of end users, institutional clients and partners by providing outstanding technical support, strengthening relationships and driving the wider adoption and usage of our testing solutions, primarily Kaplan Test of English (KTE).
As the Customer Success Manager, you will:
Develop strong relationships with clients and partners.
Optimise and expand clients’ and partners’ service use.
Ensure service levels are maintained and enhanced.
Provide end-user support, delivering responses for incoming queries.
Track service engagement data.
Support product teams with identifying impactful enhancements.

What you’ll bring to the role
The role requires a self-starter and problem solver, who can understand client requirements and use best practices to implement effective solutions. The individual must be a confident and effective communicator at all levels and must have the ability to discuss ideas and their work with individuals, teams and clients.
Experience in client success, account management or technical support, ideally within education or assessment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
A problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
Familiarity with digital assessment tools or EdTech platforms preferred.
