We are looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to join our team.
Role summary
As part of the Insight Team, you will be key to enabling the business to make data driven decisions to benefit and support learners. Providing regular reporting and data analytics on student behaviour to product teams to influence the design of products and services; and running data selections for emailing and outbounding calling. You’ll do this by effectively leveraging the data and tools available to you to answer key questions and help drive discussions.
As the Customer Insight Analyst, you will:
Enable Kaplan to develop a commercial advantage through the proactive provision of powerful management information - supporting the targeting of marketing activity and to understand customer purchasing and learning behaviour
Facilitate decision making through the delivery of robust MI reporting from the groups’ marketing-based customer insight function
Provision of adhoc customer analysis to the business to help answer ad hoc business questions from stakeholders
Assist in the delivery of a suite of regular management information reporting on business KPIs
Be a customer advocate, helping colleagues to understand and connect with our customers at the overall & segment level

What you’ll bring to the role
This role would suit someone comfortable working independently and using a variety of tools and techniques to provision management information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in a customer insight team in a data rich industry
Knowledge or experience of PowerBI (desirable)
Experience in SAS, SQL or equivalent
Highly competent in MS Office particularly Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Accurate, persistent with excellent attention to detail
Self motivated and proactive individual with the drive to succeed
A resilient individual who will strive to achieve their goals
