We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.
Role summary
This is a role managing customer demand/expectations. You will assist with the delivery of change by partnering with other IT functions and business units to understand their needs, ensuring they receive optimum service from us and help coordinate prioritised delivery.

What you’ll bring to the role
If you’re excited about driving change, influencing decision-making, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role is for you.
Experience working on the delivery of multiple projects in a matrix systems environment.
Comfortable in coordinating and facilitating workshops and negotiating with up to 10 stakeholders.
Skilled at uncovering true business needs, identifying solution options, and presenting proposals delivering business benefits. Confident at presenting ideas and recommendations.
Experience developing and maintaining business process maps
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal translation of technology to business terms.
Target-driven and focused on owning a business solution delivery timeline.
A team player, able to work collaboratively with and through others.
Self-organising and customer / end-user delivery focused.
An understanding of data governance frameworks and protocols.
An understanding of ITIL processes and standards.
