We are looking for a 2nd Line Applications Analyst Team Lead to join our team.
As a 2nd Line Applications Analyst Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and support of our critical business systems. Your work will be integral in helping Kaplan deliver its vision, goals, and KPIs by managing a team of 2nd Line Application Support Analysts, providing excellent service, and continuously improving our application support processes.

What you’ll bring to the role
Through your prior experience from a similar application/infrastructure support role, you’ll have:
● Demonstrable problem solver with an analytical approach to solving complex problems and determination to see problems through to resolution.
● Exposure to or experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
● Ability to learn and apply knowledge of complex systems.
● Experience supporting Microsoft technology stack and end user applications.
● Experience working in an ITIL service framework (Desirable).
● Experience working with regulatory compliance PCI, SOX, ISO 27001 and GDPR (Desirable).
● Awareness to be able to prioritise own and team tasks.
● Experience managing others.
● Excellent communication skills.
